With nine conveniently located stores across the city, we make it easy for you to access our carefully curated selection of premium beverages.

How In-Store Pickup Works

01. Place Your Order Online:

Browse our extensive catalog on lyonsbeverage.com and add your desired items to your cart. During checkout, select the Lyons Beverage Depot location most convenient for you from our nine Chicago stores.

02. Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated pickup time. Most orders are ready within 1-2 hours during regular business hours, though times may vary based on store volume or special requests.

03. Pickup Notification:

When your order is ready, we’ll send a follow-up email with specific pickup instructions, including the store address, hours, and any additional details. Please wait for this notification before heading to the store.

04. Visit the Store:

Bring a valid government-issued ID confirming you are 21 or older, as required by Illinois law. Our friendly staff will verify your order and ID before handing over your purchase.


Important Information

  1. No Shipping or Delivery: At this time, Lyons Beverage Depot does not offer shipping or delivery services. All orders must be picked up in person at one of our nine Chicago locations.
  2. Store Hours: Pickup availability aligns with each store’s operating hours, typically 10 AM to 9 PM Monday through Saturday and 11 AM to 7 PM on Sunday. Check lyonsbeverage.com for specific store hours, as they may vary by location.
  3. Age Verification: Per Illinois liquor laws, all customers must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol. A valid ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID) is required at pickup, and orders will only be released to the person named on the order.
  4. Order Holds: Orders are held for 7 days after the pickup notification. If you’re unable to pick up within this period, please contact us to make arrangements. Unclaimed orders may be restocked, and a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  5. Special Orders: For rare or limited-release items, we’ll confirm availability and pickup details directly with you. Additional processing time may apply for these orders.
